Assistance in creating the floor plan, create event timeline and send to all vendors. Decor set up and all vendor preparation coordination, (3-4) Events Staff. Rehearsal & Ceremony Coordination (10 hours) $500 Deposit for Booking is Required **Travel Fee may apply. Deposit is Non-Refundable.** Complimentary consultation (in person or by Skype) Up to 10 labor hrs day of event, (2) planning meetings prior to event. Asistance with Floor Plan & Timeline Creation, Point of contact for vendors and guests, Ceremony decorations set up, Transfer of items from ceremony to reception. (2) Events Staff.
