All day rental from 10 am to 1 am. $500 cleaning and damage deposit (refundable). Capacity 150 upstairs, 80 downstairs. Decoration, food, drinks, flowers, cake, music are not included. 150 chairs (total) and 25 tables (total) included. Possibility to rent for additional price plates, glasses, silverware, curtains, sound system, band and etc. Payments: preferable cash, money order or cashier check.
