Rev. Dawn Kenny, a non-denominational minister, will officiate your ceremony in the Virginia Beach, Norfolk and Chesapeake areas. An online wedding ceremony samples booklet is available to help couples get started on thinking about what they want in their ceremony once a deposit is made and the wedding is scheduled. Native American, themed, renewal and commitment of vows ceremonies are all available as well as elopement and LGBT weddings.

Fees start at $100 to $250, which includes help with writing vows, meeting with the couple, performing the ceremony and filing the license. There is an additional fee of $50 to $75 for the rehearsal. All charges increase with additional meetings and/or travel distance involved. Holidays and day of the week are also a consideration.

Last-minute appointments for elopement weddings in Virginia Beach are $75 to $100, depending on location and travel distance.
