The Meadows Community includes over 650 homes and townhouses in SID 65 in Sarpy County. Our facilities are open to everyone; we welcome you to visit us! Our Community Center is open year-round for both community activities and private events, and our pool is open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Our park grounds are open year-round from dawn to dusk.
We can accommodate up to 135 people
The rental cost for residents is $30.00/hour plus a $150.00 refundable deposit ($200.00 if using our rental items).
The rental cost for non-residents is $50.00/hour plus a $150.00 refundable deposit ($200.00 if using our rental items).
We have a kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, and freezer. We provide tables and chairs.
