Effervescent Events was founded in 2016 by its fearless leaders Chloe and Laura. The two met in a wedding planning workshop in 2015 and the rest is history! Chloe, with her instinctive eye for design and scrupulous attention to detail and Laura, with her extraordinary sense of humour, easygoing demeanor, and consistent work ethic make them a natural dream-team!
