The unique thing about Maple Meadows is that we are completely open to you bringing in your own vendors for your special day. We can advise on the quality of local businesses but the final choice is always yours. You can choose a tent company, your caterer ( so you choose your menu and pricepoint ),apply for a SOP permit from the LCBO which is 25.00 per day then you can purchase your own alcohol or bring in your own wine for the wedding.

Maple Meadows offers you the exclusive use of our wedding area for the day before and the day after your event, for setup and take down. We provide the 2 plus acres of landscaped lawn space set on a 76 acre organic farm, with electricity ( 60 amps not a generator) non potable water and parking, then you create your perfect wedding.

You also have the option of creating your own fresh cut flower bouquets from our cutting gardens , having your ceremony, your pictures and then enjoying the reception, all at one location.
