I have also been MC at Gala Dinners, Fashion Shows, Sporting Events, and DJ at corporate and private functions as well as an “In store Promoter”. Umhlanga Beach Radio, which has been running for 14 years over the December festive season, and is the only “Beach Radio” in RSA was my idea and has proved to be a great success with holiday makers and advertisers alike. Over the years I have appeared on TV, Radio and have been featured in the print media recorded CD’S and have just finished a cookery DVD for AEG/Electrolux S.A. Apart from entertainment I won “The Real Curry Competition” in 2006 at the ICC in Durban beating over 800 entrants and often appear as a celebrity chef at food fairs etc. In 2004 I proudly performed” Irelands Call” ” (Ireland’s Rugby National Anthem) before the Springbok/ Irish Test Matches at Bloemfontein and Newlands. As a DJ with my extensive knowledge of all genres of music, I leave no stone unturned to please the audience. I put it all down to homework and professionalism and a policy of the right entertainment for the job.
