1. To help the Client plan, execute & manage all the wedding events to a high standard, flawlessly, seamlessly, punctually & efficiently 2. To source out the selected hotels and liaise on the best possible deals both for rooms and food & beverage on behalf of the client. 3. Full comprehensive decor, sound and lighting all in-house. 4. To manage and execute the in-room delivery of guest itinerary programs, snack hampers gift bags. 5. Dedicated team of staff members to run the entire wedding in a smooth and seamless manner. 6. 10. We will assist in providing the necessary entertainment licenses, sound license and beach license (should any wedding event take place on the beach) as part of the Goa State laws and regulations. 7. We provide our own in-house hair and make-up artists, mehndi artists, photographer/videographer, disc jockey, live band, dholwalas etc. 8. 14. Beside the above services, our scope of work also includes close co-ordination with lighting, sound, disc jockey and negotiate deliverables, service standards & costs with them on behalf of the Client. Our payment terms are as follows: 1. Once contract has been signed by the wedding couple, we request a 50% of the advance payment upon signing of the contract. 2. 30% balance payment 60 days prior to wedding event 3. 20% of the final payment 15 days prior to wedding event
