Unlimited access to planning professional via email or phone. Wedding budget management. Vendor referrals & pre-screening. Attend vendor meetings with couple, if needed. Contract and pricing negotiations with vendors. Assist with selection of all rentals. Create and maintain monthly task list with reminders via email. Keep an updated list of confirmed guests. Develop wedding day itinerary for couple, wedding party & immediate family members. Create ceremony and reception room floor plans. Attend final meeting at reception venue. Coordinate ceremony and reception activities', ensuring everything proceeds as you planned. Act as a liaison between the couple, bridal party, family and vendors. Oversee ceremony seating, procession and recession. Bustle wedding gown, assist bride with any other needs. Oversee decorations so that they are up to couples standards at ceremony and reception locations. Oversee set up & tear down of rentals, assist if needed. Ensure that the couple has food, beverages and other personal needs taken care of throughout the day. Deliver and set up gift bags, baskets or party favors to ceremony & reception site. Transport any items from ceremony to reception, if needed. Organize Grand Entrance, communicating with DJ/Band throughout the reception. Distribute "tossing" items to guests and that they are lined up. Troubleshoot and assist where needed to ensure the day goes smoothly. Bring a wedding day emergency kit, just in case.
