Bridal Couple is accommodated in our Celebration Marula Suite on the wedding night, there are some surprises for the couple and in the morning after Breakfast is served on the veranda for two. This is at NO Charge our gift to the couple.
On the wedding day the Groom & Best Man has his own room at the Pangolin Rondavels and the Bride is accommodated in our large Wild Fig Suite with her bridesmaids where there is plenty of room to get ready.
Florists, Makeup Artist and Hair Dresser, Décor specialist and Photographers can all be sourced locally..
On site Wedding Planner to advise, arrange, organise and see that the wedding goes off well.
Canapés for cocktail hour while couple have photos.
Welcome drinks after ceremony – A signature drink will be devised by our Chef. .
Wedding Cake– Two or Three Tier – Design, colour and flavours your choice. 3 course Menus are bespoke and chosen in consultation our chef. Rate is included in costs.

Ceremony in the Bush or in other area chosen by bridal couple. Can use Lucerne bales with covers, this is a donation to our wildlife on the reserve and is more reasonable and green than hiring chairs.

Minister – we have a minister that will preside over weddings he is close by so won’t need accommodation nearby.A donation to minister for church or your own minister/rabbi or other wedding official. Please check you country for protocol for destination weddings.
Bedouin Tent for reception (Necessary for weddings of 70 – 120) guests. ( includes delivery, setup and breakdown with fairy lights)
Possible shade cover for Ceremony in the bush ( See our photos) – or have the ceremony inside the lodge to keep cool with Aircon.
Tips for staff (Usually 10% of the total bill to be shared out) Please note that there is a supplement if they work after Midnight.
DETAILS OF PAYMENT & INFORMATION OF SUPPLEMENTS AND DISCOUNTS:
Changes or additions not mentioned may carry a supplement or extra cost..
Weddings done in June July & August are 20% less asare those done midweek and not a public holiday. Weddings on Valentines, Easter and Christmas weekends or days carry a 15% supplement.
Credit card details must be taken for payment.
PAYMENTARE DONE AS FOLLOWS:
Three payments will be done manually here at the lodge.
• 25% of the full amount taken on acceptance on booking the wedding date
• A further 25% at 120 days (6 months) before Wedding Date.
• The balance of 50% on or before 90 days (3 months) of Wedding date.
IN THE EVENT OF A CANCELLATION
• Any time before the 90 days the deposit paid will be refunded.
• After 90 Days we may be able to refund 25% depending on our outside suppliers that we have booked.
• 60 days or less no refund.
