Garden wedding This type of event is an informal Italian style event with long tables and typical squared table cloth positioned among the olive trees of our magnificent garden. The starters will be served from themed stands and then you can choose among a first pasta course and following barbecue or only barbecue. Desserts will be served by buffet. Castello Oldofredi has a maximum capacity of 130 guests seated and 180 for a stand up canapé style event. Duration: All functions at Castello Oldofredi have a duration of maximum 10 hours, and must conclude by 12 pm ( if held outdoors). We allow you to select any time frame for your function - we suggest Lunch Functions from 11 am and Evening Functions from 3 pm. Our team of experts will be pleased to assist you in organizing the event. We also offer a wedding planner service to assist you in coordinating everything for the big day. This includes exclusive use of Castello Oldofredi, cost of team and the following styling/inclusions: All packages include: - Maximum ten hour package with use of outdoor or indoor Castello Oldofredi areas; - Glass lanterns featured up main entrance stairs, terrace and garden; - Light chain lit olive trees in garden; - Casual seating areas and dance floor; - Fresh white linen and napkins for each table; - Silver cutlery; - Personalised menu for each guest; - A table for your cake display, complimentary cutting and serving of your (wedding) cake

All functions at Castello Oldofredi have a duration of maximum 10 hours, and must conclude by 12 pm (if held outdoors). In case of exclusive use of the property party can continue indoors until 2.00 am. We allow you to select any time frame for your function - we suggest Lunch Functions from 11 am and Evening Functions from 3 pm. Castello Oldofredi offers accommodation for up to 75 people (21 units among rooms and apartments). It's possible to celebrate symbolic or legal civil ceremonies at Castello Oldofredi. Castello Oldofredi is only happy to offer some suggestions for your music entertainment. All equipment must be supplied by your hired band or DJ as Castello Oldofredi does not have facilities for this. Siae permission has to be made prior the event and given by band or DJ to Event Coordinator at Castello Oldofredi prior beginning of entertainment. Whilst we understand that you are wanting music at your function, music sound levels must be kept at a particular pitch level. To confirm your booking we require a security deposit of 30% of total amount (credited towards the final account) and a signed and completed copy of the Agreement Form. This is required within 7 days of making your reservation. Castello Oldofredi holds the right to cancel any bookings not held with a security deposit and Agreement Form. Full payment of your event is due 20 days prior to the function date, no later. Any extra charges or outstanding additional invoices must be paid in full prior to departure at the end of your reception. Payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
