We also bring on a third cinematographer to cover all of the details more in depth for this package. The length of these films varies based on how long your ceremony and toasts are, as these elements form the backbone of each piece. We have had films as short as 15 minutes and others as long as an hour. This is by far the best way to relive all of your wedding celebration through cinema! THE STORY SESSION (VIDEO/PHOTOGRAPHY): $350 These sessions are a great way to tell your story as a couple in greater depth. We excel as storytellers, and we love that these sessions get outside the wedding day to explore what makes you as a couple truly unique. They are also just a great way to get used to being in front of a camera together while enjoying yourselves in places that are exciting, comfortable, and meaningful! EXTRA CINEMATOGRAPHER/PHOTOGRAPHER: $450 To get the most in depth coverage possible, it is a great idea to include a third cinematographer, especially if you are choosing to include the Feature Film in your package! CUSTOM DVD/BLU-RAY DISCS : $200 Since everyone watches movies on different formats now, we deliver our base package with digital files on a disc or in a digital download format. If you want to pop your finished films into a DVD or Blu-ray player and enjoy them that way, we can build out custom discs with a menu that lets you scroll through and select what you want to watch. All you would need is the popcorn! Included in this is the first 5 DVDs or the first 3 Blu-ray discs, whichever you would prefer. ADDITIONAL FEATURETTES OF SPECIFIC EVENTS ON YOUR WEDDING DAY: $500 These extra Featurettes can be anything from the first dance to a musical performance taking place. TRAVEL WITHIN COLORADO: $150/NIGHT We want to be safe and available to you from start to finish on your wedding day, so if we’re driving more than two hours one way from Denver to your location, we ask for this stipend so we can get there either the night before your wedding and be ready to start first thing in the morning, or so we can film with you late into the evening! CONTINENTAL USA & ALASKA: $500 While the cost of getting us out of Colorado doesn’t really cover the cost of booking plane tickets, food, and renting cars for two cinematographers, we love traveling and filming in new areas! (It helps to keep costs down that we are a husband and wife duo!) INTERNATIONAL AND HAWAII WEDDINGS: LETS CHAT! We speak fluent Spanish, are trying to learn French, and love to travel. So, we love to keep travel heavy weddings affordable for couples. Let us know your plans and goals and we will put together a custom budget that reflects some of the costs associated with getting two stellar cinematographers and their gear out to your wedding! ADDITIONAL DVD DISCS: $10/DISC// ADDITIONAL BLU-RAY DISC: $ 15/DISC REHEARSAL DINNER COVERAGE: $750 RAW FOOTAGE: WE INCLUDE THIS!!! We can back up all of your raw footage and edited files onto a dedicated Mac formatted hard drive that you get to keep, so that in ten years from now, if blu-ray discs or DVDs are obsolete, you have everything necessary to print your film onto the latest and the greatest format! Also, not every shot makes it into our edits, so if you want to soak up every last memory, scanning through raw footage is a good way to go. Even if you don't have access to a mac computer, knowing that all of our work is catalogued on this hard drive, is a good piece of mind for you, in case you should ever want to explore doing more with your footage down the road. *All packages are offered inside the continental United States. A $99 additional fee will apply if the wedding is to be held more than 2 hours away from Georgetown, Delaware. We love to travel :-) This package includes DJ / Event Host, Photography, and Video services for only the wedding reception. There is a four hour (on-site) maximum for the photography and video work. Dance Floor Lighting is an additional $75. Other fees may apply if the client requests additional services offered by AWE such as: Ceremony provisions, Officiant, Photo Booth, etc. Typically, a 50% deposit is required at the time of our first consultation. We guarantee your date will be secure even before a deposit is paid. If another client contacts us about the same date, we will contact the initial client and request a $100 deposit to hold the date. The DJ / Event Host, Photographer, and Video provider will all attend the initial consultation.

The Professional package is our most popular option. It includes all of the features from the Essentials package with 2 extra hours or shooting for a total of 8 hours, a longer highlight reel, and a detailed color-grading edit. The Essentials package is our most affordable package. This is ideal for those looking for basic professional cinematography services with a single shooter! This is a full production of the love two people have for each other and will commit themselves totally to one another on this wedding day. Our paid in full cash specials are unbelievable! We start by capturing the location with 2 videographers followed by the bride and groom getting ready in the different locations coordinating gifts, letters, and or first look. We then get aerials of ceremony and arriving guests and party with up to 3 or 4 cameras shooting 4K resolution 4X regular HD. Finally after ceremony we travel to reception and get the always fun entrance of party and new married couple. Film all special dances, speeches, performances, and get a Scorsese like shot of reception which means a lot of those long shots walking thru the room capturing the fun and feeling of all your guests that feels like a first person view with our triple motor steady cam rig that is big enough to handle tom cruise running on set and it has. Whether we stage an exit or have a natural one with sparklers or your choice we capture the end usually with tunnels of light or bubbles sending you off to the beginning of the rest of your lives together. We have a 10 hr day with 2 videographers, up to 4 cameras shooting at 4K, professional audio for ceremony catching the vows no matter the location, we provide a trailer that runs between 4 and 8 minutes and a feature film which runs between 30 to an hour and a half both depending on the size of wedding and events that go on at reception and early in the day. You can pay half down and half before wedding, or you can get a special cash discount if you pay in full. We do this full time and only survive thru our relationships with our brides and our relentless commitment to our quality of work and excellence to staying ahead of the industry that charges more for weddings without ever adding what they offer.
