A wedding chapel floating in our infinity pool with the rooftop gardens and the bamboo forest as your backdrop, make nothing short of spectacular decor for your wedding ceremony. The romantically lit garden restaurant will serve as the perfect location for your reception or evening party. Of course, you won’t have to go very far at night as you and your guests will be able to spend the night in one of our private villa’s. Since we are a boutique sized hotel, you can have the whole venue to yourself at affordable prices. Our staff will do everything they can to make sure you can truly say your wedding day was the best day of your life.

Wedding Package
Price for 16 - 24 persons staying (minimum 4 day 3 night)

Inclusion:
3 Nights accommodation, including breakfast
Usage of restaurant and main villa dining area accommodating up to 60 Pax
Indoor & outdoor locations for pre-wedding photo shoot, including rice fields, forest and nearby beach
Free parking for up to 5 vehicles
Exclusion:
All retribution paid to Traditional Guard (pecalang) and Village organization.
We can arrange a floating chapel/stage in our infinity pool overlooking the resort, forest and the neighboring rice fields.
Floating flower bouquets created to taste.
Flower arrangement can be provided in line with personal taste.
Dinner and party setting at the romantically lit garden restaurant.
All food and beverage can be provided during the day in accordance with the personal taste.
Balinese dancers, flower girls, music or other Balinese elements can in incorporated in the wedding ceremony.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The above package is valid for bookings made until 31st of December 2017. All rates are subject to change without prior notice. Additional guests outside and on top of the pre-agreed numbers shall be chargeable.
Deposit Requirements: first deposit of IDR 15,000,000 of the confirmed package is required to guarantee the space. A letter of agreement will be issued by De Moksha Boutique Resort & Restaurant within 48 hours after the event is confirmed. Full payment for all confirmed arrangements is required 30 days prior to the date of the event.
Cancellation Policy: in the event of cancellation, the following charges will apply: Less than 180 days, 50% of the estimated total amount or non-refundable deposit. Less than 120 days, 75% of the estimated total amount. Less than 90 days, 100% of the estimated total amount
Force Majeure: the performance of this agreement by either party is subject to acts of God, government authorities, disasters or other emergencies, any of which may make it illegal or impossible to provide the facilities and/or services for the events or to accommodate the group reception. In the event of force majeure, any deposit that has been paid is not reimbursable. This agreement may be terminated for anyone or more of such reasons by written notice from one party to the other without liability.
