Exclusive use of all the facilities of our venue because our is a “ one event at a time” venue because we want you to have the privacy and exclusivity that your special event deserves.
5 hours use of both our GARDEN for your ceremony or for cocktails and our Pavilion for your reception.
Use of the venue for pre nuptial photo use.
Day time use of the Bridal Suites for your pre-event pictorial. Use of the suites is from 9 AM to your event, provided the suites are not being used the previous night or from 1:00 PM if the suites are being used the previous night.
Over night accommodations for the bride and the groom, on the night of your event.
4 hours Ingress for the caterer and other event suppliers.
2 hours Egress for the caterer and other event suppliers.
A covered staging area for the use of the event’s caterer.
8 spacious restrooms for the guests
2 restrooms for the event’s suppliers and the drivers of the guest.
Parking for at least 80 cars.
