Booking
1. Information or booking can contact Banquate Sales Bisanta Bidakara Hotel here or directly visit Hotel Bisanta Bidakara Surabaya
2. All booking communication to Hotel management must be written
3. Blocking the venue can be done after payment of booking fee, Rp.
5,000,000 to Front Office Hotel Bisanta Bidakara Surabaya. Booking fee
cannot be return due to cancelation.
4. The price in the package can be changed without notification
Payment
1. Down payment step 1 is 50% from total price. It shall be paid at least 1 month after the payment of booking fee.
2. Down payment step 2 is 50% of the reminding payment. It shall be paid
at least 2 months after the booking fee.
3. Balance payment shall be done at least 2 months before the event
4. 50% of down payment will be return to cancelation 6 months before the
event
5. 25% of down payment will be return to cancelation 4 months before the
event
6. None of the down payment will be return to cancelation 2 months before the event
7. Payment can be done by cash in Front Office Counter Bisanta Bidakara
Hotel or bank transfer (include notes about the event, date and name of
the booker)
