WEDDING COORDINATION
7 Coordinators with name plate and uniform
Max. of 3 meetings with the client for on-the-day coordination service 6-1month before the wedding day which will start after the signing of the contract
Unlimited consultations and assistance through phone and email upon signing of contract until the wedding day
Assistance from the preparation, church and reception
Assistance in confirming details, services and final agreements with wedding suppliers
Negotiate and review contracts of previously booked suppliers
Orient Entourage and other participants of their specific roles at church and reception
Occular inspection of the ceremony/reception site and coordinate with the suppliers
Payment Management (monitor and schedule payments with the suppliers)
Assist in finalization of guest list, seating arrangement and floor plan
Organize the whole reception program
Management of reception materials (gifts for sponsors, souvenir etc.)
Securing of suppliers and set-up appointments with vendors not yet contacted
To call suppliers and attend other details needed for the event
Planning and conceptualization of theme and motif
Review and turn-over of all contracts to In Style Event
Provide RSVP. Two (2) weeks prior to the wedding date
