All that is required to hold the date is a $250 deposit. A typical wedding of approximately 100-200 guests is $825 + $5 a head. This covers setup and tear down of tables and chairs, table linens, and napkins (basic colors), staging for head table & basic lighting, prep kitchen access, garbage service, and staffing for your event. Additional options include day before decorating, exclusive access, hanging decorations as well as a staffed cash or open bar (beer and wine). I find most couples are happy to know that we are a nonprofit and all money goes to support local arts programming for children, teens, and adults.
