Semi wedding coordination
We will provide five (5) well-trained coordinators to coordinate and organize your wedding day. The coverage is as follows:
The coordinators will set meetings to polish your event, for overseas clients Skype meeting shall be scheduled.
The initial meeting will cover the confirmation of your booking wherein you will sign the contract and pay the necessary down payment and in turn, the coordinators will email you your wedding kit which includes the following: sample reception program and your call time sheet (time table / checklist).
Sourcing of wedding suppliers
We will assist you scout and provide you with a list to choose from starting with the budget friendly to hi-end suppliers, if in case you are still looking for any.
Set-up appointments / meetings with desired suppliers
We will set appointments with your chosen supplier so that we can polish your event.
We will also remind you of meetings set with your chosen supplier.
Discussions about the flow of your program, (distribution/ use of special effects and list of participants).
The coordinators shall do RSVP two weeks before the event. We will call your guests to confirm their attendance. Please furnish us with your guest list with contact numbers.
One week before the event / Finalization
A week before the day of your wedding, we shall meet with your major suppliers to discuss last minute instructions.
Day before - coordinators will inform all suppliers your room number(s).
If dressing venue is within Metro Manila, a coordinator shall visit you to check if all the items needed for your event are ready / complete.
For out-of town weddings, client shall inform the coordinators of their room number(s) upon check in at the dressing venue. Coordinators will then call up the client to have a run through of the check list.
The five (5) coordinators will be arriving at your hotel room or dressing venue, five (5) hours (time is adjustable) before your mass time and will be collecting the items to be brought and distributed at the church and the reception venue:
Two (2) coordinators will proceed to the church, (1) one will head to the reception venue, (1) will assist the groom (Groom’s Assistant) and (1) one will stay with the bride (Bride’s Assistant).
The Bride and Groom’s Assistant will make sure that the couple is on schedule with their timetable, (pictorials and departure time).
