With this option I will select all your Vendors and make selections from their offerings, based on our meetings and your input with pictures and Pinterest. I design your wedding and handle your budget so that you can focus on work and life at home until you arrive for your wedding. This option allows you less control but a more relaxing and stress free day.
30 Minute Free Consultation - Which is what we did Friday
Scheduled Planning Sessions with both you Stately. (Monthly until 1 month prior to the Wedding Day, then Weekly until you arrive in the Dominican Republic)
Details Review Meeting (after Vendors contracts are signed and deposits are given, this includes confirmation of the date and times)
Theme Design and Development (I work with you and Stately to develop the theme, level of formality and design of the Wedding and Reception. Through our Meetings and Pinterest and any pictures you both have as to the look and feel of your vision for the wedding. The best part of me designing it, on your ideas and vision, is it is a surprise to your guest and yourselves on the day, which is really the best part of a destination wedding.
Budget Development and Management (I will negotiate with Vendors to get you the very best. I also have many ideas on ways to save money or minimize expenses in one area of the wedding so that money can be found and applied in other areas based on your priorities.)
Vendor Recommendations and Coordination. (Vendors are selected by me, based on my knowledge of them and their skills, reliability and pricing, I also schedule them and confirm them, I will recommend particular items, or options based on your theme and budget)
Review Vendor Contracts - I handle all contracts on your behalf based on our meetings and your approval
Ceremony and Reception Site Visits - I visit the site to plan the decorations and needs of the site, based on your level of formality and theme. I also make sure to work out the best location in the garden for the ceremony and your guests. I will plan the seating for the reception and the DJ area, dance floor and form a plan B, in case of rain etc.
Coordination of Ceremony Rehearsal (Myself or a Planner with Dominican Dream Weddings will be with you for your Rehearsal)
Wedding Day Coordinator (10 hours) - Myself or a Planner with Dominican Dream Weddings will be with you for the day of you wedding to ensure everything goes smoothly and you can relax and enjoy your day, your family and your friends.
