Contacting and meeting your Bridal party no less than a month before your big day to ensure everyone knows their responsibilities and has everything they need to bring with them on your big day. A copy of rundown will be distributed to each member of bridal party at this meeting.
Meet with your Wedding planner in Australia and again in Bali to discuss all final Wedding preparations and make any necessary last minute changes
Escort you to your chosen Wedding Venue the week of your Wedding and provide a complete walk through with key vendors and together offer suggestions on how to implement your vision
Escorting and transportation to site is complimentary to wedding couple only
Meet with your M.C, and Reception Musicians or DJ, the week of your Wedding, to discuss how your reception’s order will flow
Collect any items necessary for your Wedding from you before your big day
(includes favours, placecards, menus, guestbooks, cake knives and servers, etc)
Arrange and accompany you to your selected Wedding Dinner Menu tasting

Coordination and management of all Wedding service providers on the day by your wedding planner and no less than 3 assistants – from Bridal preparation, ceremony and reception, including Hair and makeup artists, Tailors, Dressmakers Celebrants, Caterers, Entertainment and florists
