Wedding decor style design services; Package includes services such as Stage Draping and/or Head Table décor, Aisle runner and flowers, Chair Covers for a maximum of 350 guests, chair sashes, table top décor and flowers.May include wall or ceiling draping on request. Bridal bouquet; Flowers used for bridal bouquet are roses, chrysanthemums, statice, kilimanjaro marigolds. Boutonniere; Will use flowers such as roses, statice & kilimanjaro marigold. Welcome Zone Decor; Can include cocktail tables, flower arrangements consisting of any combination of the following flowers ie roses, chrysanthemums, statice, kilimanjaro marigolds & lillies. Boutonniere; Will use flowers such as roses, statice & kilimanjaro marigold.and a draped table. Stage Decor; Will include a raised platform, artistic fabric draping, and wedding chairs with covers as appropriate. Flower Decor; Will include table sprays, table centrepieces an aisle flowers of any of the following flowers any combination of the following flowers ie roses, chrysanthemums, statice, kilimanjaro marigolds & lillies. Entrance Decor; Will include photobooth (optional) or entrance flowers. Vehicle Decor; Will decorate up to 4 cars with paper ribbons PAYMENT AND CONTRACT DETAILS; Acceptable method is via bank transfer. Pay 50 percent deposit to book service and remainder of the balance at least one week before wedding date to the following bank- Account Name: Festive Ways, Standard Bank Account Number 0140078629200, Zomba Branch. A contract will be issued to be signed by client and supplier and take note of the following cancellation and general policies; 1. Payment Terms and Conditions Half deposit payment for the total amount at booking (for all clients) or non-refundable deposit when required to do a presentation, site visit before formal booking before formally booking our services even if it means we are required to verbalize concepts and ideas or visit an event site ahead of an event alone. All payments to be concluded at the minimum 7 days before an event. 3. If a booking has been verbal, FW has the right not to honor a presupposed Booked service. FW will seriously prioritize paid in advance deals. 4. For outdoor weddings and under resourced venues Festive Ways will provide coplimetary items such as chairs and tables.
