Turnover Planning and Management Package:
Rate: (150 guests for 4 wedding coordinators, additional 1000 and 1 wedding coordinator for every 50 guests thereafter) + 2 hours Photo Booth with unlimited prints OR Hair and Make Up for 2 persons

Our involvement commences from your signing of our contract or 4-6 months prior to your wedding date. Upon turnover, we assume that a theme or general look has been established for your wedding day.
For this package, it is expected that you have already chosen, discussed, negotiated with, and signed the contracts for at least 6 of your major suppliers. As such, our planners will only be responsible for canvassing for not more than 3 major suppliers and minor suppliers, as well as coordinating follow-up meetings with all your suppliers. Major suppliers include ceremony venue, reception venue, caterer, videographer, photographer, event stylist, jeweller, bridal coutourier, groom's tailor, and entourage coutourier.

This service includes but is not limited to:
Unlimited phone and email consultation regarding third party suppliers
Recommendations regarding sourcing and selection of suppliers
Canvassing, sourcing, selection and booking of credible suppliers for:
3 Major suppliers (see above)
All secondary suppliers
Follow-ups, coordination with all suppliers
Guest Management: RSVP, Lay-out of seating arrangement and receiving of guests
Time Management
Coordinate with bride & groom, together with suppliers and wedding party to formulate a time table for your day, from breakfast to closing the party
Assistance during preparations and set-up
Program Management
Finalization and over-all coordination of all plans and details
Execution of wedding day plans
For the day of your wedding/celebration, our responsibilities will include all those listed in our Day Coordination package.
