This is our premium standard package. We cover up to 500 high-quality digital images, stored on a USB flash-drive in a presentation case, and grant full reproduction rights. Also included is a standard album in white/ivory/gold (or an alternative floral album) with your choice of 30 satin-finished prints of up to A4 size; together with two Parents' Albums in white/gold, each with your choice of 20 satin-finished prints of up to A4 size. The style of your shoot could be classic/traditional, candid, modern, or a mixture; and typically includes some preparation shots, your ceremony, and your reception as standard. A preparatory planning meeting is strongly recommended, when your shooting list and any other requirements can be agreed. You will also be able to see a more detailed wedding portfolio, and - very important! - meet your photographer. This package also provides scope for a second photographer to be provided, to cover more than one location together with a broader selection of shots, for an additional fee of £500 for your event. Once your plan has been finalised, a 50% deposit is required in order to secure your booking, which will then be confirmed in writing. Your payment balance will be required no later than 7 days before your event.

Our wedding Silver package is very popular as a basic collection of up to 200 high-quality digital images, stored on a USB flash-drive in a presentation case, and includes full reproduction rights. Also included is a standard album in white/ivory/gold (or an alternative floral album), with your choice of 30 satin-finished prints of up to A4 size. The style of your shoot could be classic/traditional, candid, modern, or a mixture; and includes some preparation shots, your ceremony, and your reception as standards. A preparatory planning meeting is strongly recommended, when your shooting list and any other requirements can be agreed. Additionally, you may order parents' albums, and display prints up to A3 in size. Normal terms of business are that a 50% deposit is required at the conclusion of your planning meeting, with final payment no later than 7 days before your event.

2 hours (or part of). Immediately after the wedding ceremony, the drinks reception, when guests are enjoying a glass of Pimms and photos are being taken on the lawn. I mix and mingle with the guests, help break the ice by drawing caricatures and keep guests entertained while the happy couple are busy with photos. I usually try to draw the ‘A-team’ (immediate family, ushers, bridesmaids etc) before the line-up for the Wedding Breakfast. All caricatures are free for guests to keep or to hang up for later guests to laugh at.

WEDDING CAR HIRE. Leicester Wedding Cars offers chauffeur driven car hire for a wedding, civil partnership or same sex wedding. Choose from our classic Rolls Royce, VW Beetle convertible or executive Jaguar XJ8 along with our People Carrier. All cars are supplied with decorative ribbons & bow in a large choice of colours. After the ceremony the happy couple will be given a champagne drive to celebrate this wonderful occasion. We operate throughout the following areas, Leicester, Leicestershire, Rutland, Warwickshire and all of the East Midlands areas and beyond. No minimum time limit per event. Because of the large area covered, please provide the following information for prices; confirm the date, the collection area, the ceremony and reception locations. Postcodes for each location would be helpful. We can then give prices for our different cars and services based on your exact requirements.
