The Wedding Planner shall aid in the planning and execution of your rehearsal (excluding rehearsal dinner), wedding ceremony, and wedding reception.
This service also includes access to/the convenience of:
Discussion and determination of theme, colour, style and complete wedding design
Planning Meetings/Consultations
Assistance in budget determination and breakdown as needed
Research of wedding professionals in each category that fit your event style and budget and to provide you with suggestions and guidance in making the final selections
Site visits to your ceremony and reception venue(s)
The right to utilize planning documents provided
The scheduling of meetings and liaison with service providers
Development of a detailed wedding timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors and bridal party
Follow up telephone calls to all contracted vendors 1 – 2 weeks before wedding day
Wedding Rehearsal Supervision ([2] hours maximum, and excluding rehearsal dinner)
On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception on the day of your wedding
An additional event manager, on site, the day of the wedding
(Decor and Wedding Photo Packages are also available.)
