Average turnaround time from initial consultation to shipment is 5-8 weeks (design process 2-3 weeks, printing process 3-5 weeks depends on client's needs).
Payment terms are 10% after confirmation of order, 70% after the design approved, 20% upon the final delivery. In the event of cancelation the deposit payment is not refundable. Shipping cost are not include in package.
