Package Inclusions:

• Six round table with sitting
• Path way lighting

Exclusion:
DG set with diesel
Electricity unit consumption
Cleaning Charges
Security Deposit on refundable basis.

In Hall & Lawn:
On rent basis we will provide you Ground Hall & Front Lawn with existing lights only. Extra lighting by you on your hired DG set. Food & Food Counter, water counter, stage and decoration, seating arrangement and all services by your end only.

Note:
1. Extra Room Charge for Deluxe room Rs 5000 + taxes, Superior Room Rs 7000 + taxes, Double occupancy room Rs 6500 + taxes
2. Banquet Hall charges Rs 40000 + taxes
3. One extra bed allowed in each apartment with nominal charge of Rs 1000 + taxes per bed
4. No catering from outside is allowed in rooms and 1st Floor onwards.
5. You can provide bottle of soft drink, mineral water, dry fruits, fresh fruits and toiletries in rooms.
6. You can arrange laundryman for ironing, shoes shine and barber for your guest.
7. In case of any no show retention charges will be applicable, loss of key charges is Rs 500/- per key
8. We will require identity proof of each and every guest.
9. In case of cancellation of booking the amount paid as advance shall not be refunded.
10. DJ music & other performance act allowed till 2230 hours only. Hotel Management has full rights to stop music & other performance act after 2230 hours.
11. In case party hired Third party for Electricity connection & supplies, then hotel management is not responsible for power failure & accidents during events.
12. Any Damage to property or Lawn will be charge extras as per discretion of Hotel Management
13. Management had full rights to revised rates without prior notice.

Payments Schedule

50% advance payment require at the time of booking and balance payment of total billing amount need to paid prior 45 days of Event.

• Hotel Check in Time: 08.00 am & Check out time: 06.00am
• Valid Photo id proof require at the time of check in.

CANCELLATIONS
The client will be liable to make all payments for the venue as per the cancellation and retention policy outlined below under “Attrition / Cancellation Clause”

Notification of Cancellation /Attrition
If Indore is advised that the entire event is partially or entirely cancelled, the following cancellation fee will be applicable. Cancellation fee will be a percentage of the total estimated room rental and food and beverage expenses and will be on a sliding scale as follows:
Period Prior to Expected Arrival Cancellation Fee
Before 60 days At Booking
Before 30 days 100% of the total billing
The retention charges for cancellation of rooms and event are charged, irrespective of the re-sellable value of the Room.
