4 hours ceremony, venue for 150 persons
The wedding ceremony and reception can be any four hours that you choose from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The end time is always no later than 10:00 p.m. (You may choose to extend the time of your event for a charge of $175 per hour for Pavilion and cash bar.) The Rental Agreement includes the use of the Gazebo and Garden Pavilion, set up of ceremony chairs, set up according to room plan of stock 60 " round tables and standard Chiavari chairs with pads for reception, white tablecloths, white napkins (or select from an assortment of colored napkins at no additional charge), cash bar set up with bartender and glassware and parking for number of guests contracted for the hours of the event only. Guests should plan to arrive no earlier than half hour before the event. There is no overnight parking permitted. The Garden Pavilion is 30x48 and the maximum capacity 150 seated or 200 cocktail style. Catering is not included in the Rental Agreement. Victoria's Kitchen, located at 725 Lafayette Road, Hampton is our onsite caterer. Menu's start at $29.95 p.p. and can be customized to fit any budget. You may choose your own caterer for an additional fee. Lodging for 20 is available in the Main House and a full breakfast is served each day. Stay for two nights and receive a 10% discount on guest rooms.
