Full wedding planning and management

Our work consists in ensuring that the preparations take up as little of the Client’s time and attention as possible. The comprehensive marriage ceremony and wedding organisation service includes:
implementing elements of the wedding project in keeping with the Client’s concept or creating the overall theme of the wedding;
putting forward a venue for the marriage ceremony;
putting forward a venue for the wedding reception;
organising the wedding cake;
organising accommodation for the Bride and Groom and their guests;
providing entertainment;
helping with church and registry office formalities;
booking, making arrangements with and negotiating contracts with wedding contractors and support in tying up all the details (there is an option for us to sign contracts with contractors on the Client’s behalf on the basis of a power of attorney);
help with agreeing the menu, the table layout, estimating quantities of and organising alcoholic beverages and other similar items;
securing the services of a professional makeup artist and hairdresser plus styling;
organising a vehicle for the Bride and Groom and transport for the guests;
presenting the product ranges offered by invitation manufacturers and the complete package of wedding stationery (e.g. invitations, place cards, thank you cards for guests, boards with the guests seating plan, etc.)
securing the services of florists and decorators (bouquets, buttonholes, flower arrangements for the church, the wedding reception venue and car, interior decoration);
organising the music and live entertainment (the church / registry office / open-air, wedding reception);
securing the services of photographers for reportage, photo session, etc.;
securing the services of video camera operators to create a film reportage of the wedding;
drawing up a scenario for the marriage ceremony and wedding;
co-ordinating the day of the big event;
managing the budget and monitoring due dates for payments;
settlements with contractors.
In addition, we fulfil other special requirements:
help with choosing wedding rings and wedding jewellery;
assisting with the choice of wedding outfits and accessories – including “going shopping for the wedding dress” with a stylist;
taking care of the image of the Bride and Groom, witnesses, parents, bridesmaids, best men;
looking after the guest list;
creating and updating a unique wedding website;
provision of professional lighting, lighting decoration;
helping to create the gift list;
organising childcare;
co-ordinating the post-wedding reception held the day after the main event;
other services at the Client’s request.
