Ceremony Package (approx. 2 hours) includes: Live music before the ceremony while guests arrive Live music during the ceremony Up to 1 hour live music after the ceremony during the cocktail hour The song of your choice... I will learn up to 2 songs that is simply “your song”, that perfectly compliments your “walk down the aisle”, or “your first dance” to make it your very own and unforgettable moment … (I am happy to send you a recording of the chosen songs beforehand) Setup / Pack down time 45 minutes travel time from Byron Bay each way. Extras may include extra travel time/costs and extra songs. Payment: I will ask for a 50% deposit 60 days before the day of your wedding, which is non refundable. The remaining 50% can be paid in cash or cheque on the day or via bank transfer 2 weeks after the wedding at the latest. You will receive invoices for both installments. In the event of cancellation from my side (which has never happened) any monies paid by the client, including the deposit, shall be refunded. Equipment: The equipment is a AER acoustic amplifier which creates an absolutely beautiful, clear and warm acoustic sound at venues for around 100 people. It is also suitable for any outdoor venue like a beach wedding and can perform for around 3-4 hours without power supply. The equipment is easy to be setup and located at several different places during the day.

A two (2) hour String Quartet performance covering the wedding ceremony and then directly afterwards for pre-reception drinks & canapé’s. Typically the quartet will commence playing 15 minutes before the scheduled ceremony start time to entertain guests as they arrive, the ceremony itself (bridal entrance, signing of the registry etc) and then 5-10mins after the ceremony as guests congratulate the newly married couple. The quartet then moves into position for where the pre-dinner drinks are to be held and continues to play until the end of the total booking duration.

Lets get this party started! We specialise in providing music and entertainment at your wedding reception. Depending on how the night is organised we do anywhere between 3 - 5 sets of music. Starting with a dinner set to create a nice atmosphere, followed by the bridal dance and kicking into a dance set to get your guests up and dancing. Our music ranges from jazz, rock, pop all the way to the current hits. What is including in this package is: The trio - male & female lead vocals plus guitar. Ceremony - Live acoustic music. Choose 3 songs for your ceremony to be performed live. Canapes - Live acoustic music played in between the ceremony and reception to serenade your guests as the bridal party are getting photos. This is usually 2 x 40 minute sets of live music with a break in between. An iPod will be played over the system in between breaks. Reception - Live acoustic music for dinner and dessert and played right up until the first dance. Choose whichever song you are wanting for your first dance and if it's appropriate the Acoustic Duo will perform it live. The DJ will then take over after having your guests tearing up the dance floor! We will require a 50% deposit to lock in this line up at least 4 weeks before the wedding. If you are wanting a LIVE BAND for the entire reception please email me for further line up options. We can go from a Duo right up to an 8 piece band.

Tony George Entertainment provides live music entertainment and Master of Ceremonies duties to brides and grooms all over Australia. Our wedding special package consists of our 3 piece band performing over 4 hours (eg:7pm to 11pm) and includes all sound equipment and basic lighting. Also included is all background music for breaks etc., wireless microphone for speeches etc. and also if you require Tony to perform the M.C duties. When booking, a 10% deposit is required with the balance payable just before your wedding day. As a very special discount, we will provide one free hour of music for your pre-dinner drinks for your guests before the beginning of your wedding reception. This offer is only valid if booked before 31st December 2016.

This package allows for the Full live band during the dance set. With extended band playing times and the inclusion of our DJ, your guests will be entertained throughout the event, and dancing at the end of the night. Suitable when space is tight. A four hour reception package includes: entertainment (4 x 45-50 minute sets) all equipment provided any songs you would like me to learn public liability insurance Payment is required in full before the event or on the day. Travel more than 30 minutes outside Brisbane incurs additional travel costs.

For your reception, I will play 4 x 40minute sets of live acoustic tunes throughout the night, keeping things relaxed and in the background when your guests arrive, and then livening things up later in the night. When I'm not playing, I will act as a DJ with a great mix of tunes to dance the night away. I will also learn a special song for your first dance. I provide a quality PA system with a wireless microphone for you to use for your speeches and I'm happy to help your MC or even do the MC'ing for you, at no extra charge. For pre-dinner drinks/canapés, I will play between 1.5-2hrs of popular songs as background music (depending on what time frame you have allowed for) whilst your guests are mingling and you are somewhere having photo's taken. I will provide a small PA system to play through, that although won't be loud, will make it so the music fills the air with a great ambience. All I need is access to a power point!
