COST OF PLANNING A WEDDING IN GOA However, as of now in this post let’s talk about cost of planning a wedding in Goa with 100 guests, accommodation at a 5-star standard or a luxury hotel/resort and arrive at an approximate costing. 1. ACCOMMODATION AND MEALS Requirements 50 rooms for 100 guests (double occupancy sharing) 2 nights and 3 day stay with breakfast and all meals Rough Event Flow Day 1: guests arrive, freshen up, have lunch and then get ready for Mehndi and Sangeet Dinner Day 2: after breakfast guests relax in resort, have lunch and start getting ready for Wedding High tea followed by Reception Dinner Day 3: guests check out after breakfast Above may cost anywhere between INR 13000 to INR 20000 per person depending on hotel chosen. So for 100 guests it would total to USD 20,000

We provide customized wedding packages as per your choice and budget. In this Beach wedding ceremony package, we provide you: Entrance arch, Welcome board, Aisle/walkway decor, Flower decor, Sitting arrangement for 100guests, Stage, Mandap with cloth drapes and florals, Bridal Bouquet, Vehicle decor etc. Rest of services are also available as per your preferences.

We will assist in providing the necessary entertainment licenses, sound license and beach license (should any wedding event take place on the beach) as part of the Goa State laws and regulations. 7. We provide our own in-house hair and make-up artists, mehndi artists, photographer/videographer, disc jockey, live band, dholwalas etc. 8. 14. Beside the above services, our scope of work also includes close co-ordination with lighting, sound, disc jockey and negotiate deliverables, service standards & costs with them on behalf of the Client. Our payment terms are as follows: 1. Once contract has been signed by the wedding couple, we request a 50% of the advance payment upon signing of the contract. 2. 30% balance payment 60 days prior to wedding event 3. 20% of the final payment 15 days prior to wedding event

DJ Ashwin will provide the tunes for a rocking party. We can also provide CO2 cannons, haze, foam or any other prop of your choice that is available for the experience.

Package includes Sound, Dance Floor Lights and DJ services for weddings up to 150 guests. Rate includes transport and labour. General performance time 3 to 4 hours. Sound is 3000 watts RMS good enough for an open air event. DJ console and dance floor needs to be arranged by the decorator. Please contact for more information. The Payment terms. I take 50% payment as advance to book and confirm the dates. The remaining 50% payment is to be made on the last day of the shoot
