Full Wedding Co-ordination Package: This is the ultimate service for the busy Bride who anticipates the extensive number of details involved in planning and orchestrating a wedding today and simply want the luxury of having an expert to attend to those details. By having Waves 'n Wine Weddings take care of all the researching and coordinating, you can put your time and energy into the fun and exciting part of the planning process: Package can include: Up to 3 consultation meetings to cover step by step details (maximum 2 hours per meeting). This can also be done over Skype. Location recommendations and provide venue information, including Menus & Wine Lists Identify needs and give expert advice on wedding. Unlimited e-mails and calls throughout the entire planning process. Restaurant reservations (special wedding lunch/ dinner if small wedding). OR Planning of Full reception at venue of your choice. Vendor referrals with pre-screened wedding industry professionals... photographer, videographer, hiring companies, florists, etc. Collect and review vendor information (contacts, floor plans, etc.) Arrangements with Marriage Officer for wedding ceremony and Administration (Wedding Certificate, Registration of Wedding at Home Affairs, etc.) Décor co-ordination for Wedding Ceremony & Reception, flowers, candles, Lighting, etc. Musicians / DJ for ceremony and/or reception. Assistance with & collection of menus, places names & table listings. Detailed wedding day itinerary to be given to Bridal Party and Vendors. One week prior to your event, contact and confirm itinerary with vendors. Final site walk through to determine set-up and logistical lay-out. Transferring of monies through my Bank account to theirs and budget control summaries. Transport to & from wedding site in chauffeur-driven limousine/bus. Hair/Make-up appointments. This is essentially a package for couples wanting a small, intimate wedding, with the emphasis on the wedding ceremony being held in an unusual setting. The wedding should preferably be held from Monday - Thursday and not include more than 25 guests (If contemplating a large wedding, please go to the Full Wedding Co-ordination package). A basic Destination Wedding could include the following: Wedding Co-ordination incl. selection of ceremony and/or reception site (e.g Beach, Wine Estate, or Other venue) Minister / Marriage Officer for wedding ceremony & marriage certificate & administration Professional Wedding Photographer – Mid week Package (approx 100 pics on CD - 4 hours) Bridal bouquet & groom's buttonhole (colour & style of your choice) Personal supervision on Day of Wedding (making sure everything goes according to plan!) Itinerary & floor plan creation & management – you and all suppliers will receive a full time schedule for your wedding day in advance so that everyone knows exactly where to be and at what time. We then ensure that each action occurs at or as close to the time as set about in the itinerary. Time management - we ensure that all relevant parties are kept informed should times change for unforeseen reasons on the day which ensures your day still runs smoothly. Set-up - we arrive early on the day and manage all the suppliers ensuring that the venues are being set-up as per your requirements.
