Located in the heart of the CBD within the 530 Collins Street Building is Mr Mason, a French inspired bistro and bar featuring a lounge outdoor terrace and dining area.

Mr Mason’s menu is produce driven cuisine at its best. The menu changes regularly with the seasons and reflects a casual, rustic sensibility.

Mr Mason boasts a boutique wine list made up of a selection of drops from Australia and aboard; most by the glass, because we want you to try them all!

Open for lunch and dinner Monday to Friday and dinner on Saturdays. Mr Mason is also available for hire for private events 7 days a week.
