Ever since I was a young girl, I have been passionate about baking and creating delicious cakes. This culinary love has led me into rewarding careers as a chef, cake decorator and teacher. In 2009 I established Blossom Sugar Art in London with the vision of bringing premium quality cake decorating equipment to decorators of all levels of experience.

My moulds have been designed to be quick and easy to use, creating beautiful blooms and butterflies to adorn cupcakes, cakes and cookies.

Taking inspiration from my love of nature, all the designs are hand crafted personally by myself. Each design has its own unique handmade quality, from the realistic veins of a petal to the delicate wings of a butterfly. They are suitable for all users ranging from those new to sugar craft to the experienced decorator.

I have enjoyed regularly being a guest expert demonstrator on the Create and Craft shopping channel since 2011 for both cake decorating and crafting.
